By placing an order with Pixel Hub Electronics, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
How Warranty Works at Pixel Hub Electronics
Pixel Hub Electronics is an online-only electronics retailer that sources and imports products internationally. Because our products come from international suppliers and distributors, warranty coverage is not uniform across all products and is not something we can guarantee as standard.
This policy explains clearly what warranty coverage may or may not apply to your purchase, and what Pixel Hub Electronics can and cannot do on your behalf.
This policy should be read together with our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Terms & Conditions, all of which form part of the overall framework governing your purchase. Where those policies are relevant to your situation, we will direct you accordingly.
Section 1 — Manufacturer Warranty
1.1 Where It Applies
Some products sold by Pixel Hub Electronics may include a manufacturer warranty where applicable. Whether a warranty applies depends on:
- The specific product and brand
- The manufacturer’s warranty terms for that product
- The region or market the product is intended for
- Whether the manufacturer honours warranty claims in Trinidad and Tobago
Pixel Hub Electronics does not guarantee that a manufacturer warranty applies to any product unless this is explicitly stated on the product page.
If no warranty information is listed on the product page, you should assume that no manufacturer warranty has been confirmed for that item.
1.2 Warranty Period
Where a manufacturer warranty does apply, the duration and terms vary by product and manufacturer. The applicable warranty period, if any, will be stated on the relevant product page. Pixel Hub Electronics does not offer a standard warranty period across all products.
Section 2 — Regional Variants and Coverage Limitations
Products sold by Pixel Hub Electronics are sourced internationally and may be regional or international variants. As a result:
- Manufacturer warranty terms may differ from those of locally-sold versions of the same product
- Some manufacturers restrict warranty coverage to the country or region in which the product was originally sold
- Packaging, included accessories, software, and documentation may vary by region
- Product appearance or minor specifications may differ slightly from images shown due to regional updates or manufacturer changes
Pixel Hub Electronics does not guarantee that a manufacturer warranty will be honoured in Trinidad and Tobago unless this is explicitly confirmed on the product page.
Customers should be aware of this before purchasing, particularly for high-value items where warranty coverage is important to them.
Section 3 — What Pixel Hub Electronics Can Do
Pixel Hub Electronics acts as a facilitator only in warranty matters. This means:
- We do not provide our own independent product warranty unless explicitly stated on a product page
- Where a manufacturer warranty applies, we will use reasonable efforts to support your claim and liaise with the supplier or manufacturer on your behalf
- We cannot override a manufacturer’s warranty decision
- Warranty outcomes depend entirely on the manufacturer’s own assessment, policies, and processes
If a manufacturer warranty claim is applicable and we are able to facilitate it, we will keep you informed throughout the process. However, we cannot guarantee outcomes or timelines that are outside our control.
Section 4 — Extended Processing Times
Warranty claims that involve the manufacturer or supplier may require extended processing times. This is outside the control of Pixel Hub Electronics and may be affected by:
- The manufacturer’s internal review and assessment process
- International shipping of the item to and from the manufacturer or service centre
- Parts availability
- Customs processing for items shipped internationally
Pixel Hub Electronics will provide updates where available, but we cannot commit to specific resolution timelines for manufacturer warranty claims.
Section 5 — Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage, where applicable, does not cover damage or faults caused by:
- Drops or physical impact — including cracked screens, dents, or damage from being dropped or knocked
- Liquid or water damage — including rain, spills, submersion, or humidity exposure
- Misuse — including use of the product in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturer’s guidelines
- Accidental damage — damage that occurs after delivery through no fault of manufacturing
- Tampering — including removal of seals, labels, or internal components not intended to be accessed by the user
- Unauthorized repair or modification — any repair, modification, or servicing carried out by anyone other than an authorized service centre
- Normal wear and tear — gradual deterioration from regular use over time
- Software issues — damage or malfunction caused by third-party software, apps, or unauthorized firmware modifications
If an item returned for a warranty claim shows evidence of any of the above, the claim may be denied by the manufacturer or Pixel Hub Electronics, and the item will be returned to the customer.
Section 6 — How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by a warranty, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
6.1 Safety Notice
Safety Notice: If your product shows signs of overheating, smoke, battery swelling, electrical malfunction, unusual heat, or any other safety concern, discontinue use immediately and contact Pixel Hub Electronics before attempting to submit a formal warranty claim. Do not continue to operate a product that may present a safety risk.
6.2 What to Include
When submitting a warranty claim, include:
- Your full name and order reference number
- The product name and model
- A clear description of the fault or defect
- Supporting photographs or video demonstrating the issue
- Confirmation of when the issue first appeared
6.3 Additional Information and Troubleshooting
Before a warranty assessment can proceed, our team may require you to provide additional information, perform basic troubleshooting steps, submit further supporting evidence, or cooperate with diagnostic procedures as directed. This helps ensure that claims are assessed accurately and fairly, and allows us to provide the most appropriate resolution pathway. We will communicate these requirements clearly and work with you throughout the process.
Our team will review your submission and advise on the next steps. Where inspection or return of the item is required, we will provide instructions.
Do not return any item without first receiving written instructions from Pixel Hub Electronics. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Section 7 — Warranty Claims vs Refund or Return Claims
Warranty claims are separate from our Refund and Returns Policy.
- If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy and submit your claim within 7 days of delivery.
- If your product developed a fault after the initial 7-day period and a manufacturer warranty applies, this Warranty Policy governs your options.
Where there is any overlap, Pixel Hub Electronics will assess the situation and advise on the most appropriate resolution pathway.
Section 8 — No Warranty on the Following
The following product types or circumstances carry no warranty coverage unless explicitly stated on the product page:
- Accessories, cables, cases, and peripherals
- Products purchased as open-box, refurbished, or clearly marked as non-warranted
- Products where the warranty has been voided by the actions described in Section 5

Section 10 — Related Policies
This Warranty Policy forms part of a broader set of policies governing your experience with Pixel Hub Electronics. We recommend reviewing the following where relevant to your situation:
- Refund & Returns Policy — for products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where a return or refund is being requested
- Shipping & Delivery Policy — for information regarding delivery timelines, international shipping, and customs matters
- Terms & Conditions — for the overarching terms that govern your use of our store and all transactions with Pixel Hub Electronics
In the event of any conflict between this Warranty Policy and another Pixel Hub Electronics policy, we will assess the circumstances and apply the most appropriate resolution, communicating clearly with you throughout.
Policy Updates
Pixel Hub Electronics reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on our platform. The version of this policy applicable to your order is the version in force at the time your order was placed.
Version numbering is applied across all Pixel Hub Electronics policies to improve transparency regarding policy revisions. Minor revisions increment as 1.0 → 1.1 → 1.2 and so on through 1.9, after which major revisions increment as 1.9 → 2.0.
