By placing an order with Pixel Hub Electronics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Pixel Hub Electronics
Pixel Hub Electronics is an online-only electronics retailer based in Trinidad & Tobago, specialising in smartphones, gaming devices, handheld PCs, and a wide range of consumer electronics. We operate exclusively through our online platform at pixelhub-tt.ddns.net and do not maintain a traditional retail storefront.
1.1 Our Business Model
Our fulfilment process operates on a pre-payment, import-to-order basis. When you place an order, your payment is confirmed first. We then source and import your specific product from our international suppliers. Each order triggers a dedicated sourcing and fulfilment process on your behalf, which incurs real costs from the moment sourcing begins. Understanding this model is important for understanding your rights and obligations under these Terms.
1.2 How These Terms Apply
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and online store, and all transactions you enter into with Pixel Hub Electronics. They apply to every order you place, whether you are a first-time or returning customer. Additional policies — including our Refund & Returns Policy, Order Cancellation Policy, Warranty Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy — form part of the overall framework that governs your experience with us and should be read alongside these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions apply each time you use our website or place an order. By continuing to use our platform, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms as they stand at that time.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 Agreeing to These Terms
By accessing our website, browsing our product listings, creating an account, or placing an order with Pixel Hub Electronics, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. Your agreement extends to all policies referenced in Section 3.
If you are placing an order on behalf of another person, a minor, or a business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf and that the person on whose behalf you are acting is bound by them.
2.2 If You Do Not Agree
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access our website or place an order with Pixel Hub Electronics. If you have already placed an order, our Order Cancellation Policy governs your options.
3. Relationship to Other Policies
These Terms & Conditions form the overarching framework governing your use of Pixel Hub Electronics and all transactions with us. They operate alongside the following policies, all of which form part of the terms you agree to when placing an order:
- Refund & Returns Policy — governs claims for products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, and sets out your rights to a refund, repair, or replacement. Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
- Order Cancellation Policy — governs your rights to cancel an order depending on whether sourcing has commenced at the time of your request.
- Warranty Policy — governs warranty coverage for products that develop a fault after the initial 7-day claim window. Warranty coverage is not standard across all products and depends on the specific product and manufacturer.
- Shipping & Delivery Policy — governs delivery timelines, tracking, international shipping arrangements, and customs matters.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and another Pixel Hub Electronics policy, we will assess the circumstances and apply the most appropriate terms, communicating clearly with you throughout. Where a more specific policy addresses your situation, that policy will generally take precedence for that specific matter.
We recommend bookmarking all Pixel Hub Electronics policies so that you can refer to them easily. All policies are available on our website at pixelhub-tt.ddns.net.
4. Eligibility and Age Requirements
4.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with Pixel Hub Electronics. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we have reason to believe that an order has been placed by a person under 18 without appropriate authorisation, we reserve the right to cancel that order.
4.2 Guardian Authorisation
Where a person under the age of 18 wishes to place an order, that order must be placed by a parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility for the transaction. By placing an order on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian confirms their agreement to these Terms and their responsibility for payment and for ensuring the minor complies with all applicable terms.
4.3 Business Customers
If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are duly authorised to bind that business to these Terms. References to “you” in these Terms include both individual consumers and business customers unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
5. Account Responsibility
5.1 Account Creation
Where our platform requires or allows you to create an account to place orders or access services, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. This includes your name, contact details, delivery address, and any other information required to process your order. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in your order being cancelled, and Pixel Hub Electronics will not be responsible for any resulting loss or delay.
If your information changes after an order has been placed — for example, a change of delivery address — you must contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated once sourcing has commenced.
5.3 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential and for ensuring that no unauthorised person has access to your account. You must not share your login details with any other person.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us as soon as possible using the contact details in Section 16. Pixel Hub Electronics is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
5.4 Unauthorised Access
Pixel Hub Electronics reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is otherwise in breach of these Terms.
6. Products, Listings, and Descriptions
6.1 Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product listings on our platform are accurate and up to date, including descriptions, specifications, and images. However, product information is provided for general guidance only. Minor discrepancies between a product listing and the actual product may occur, particularly where manufacturers make updates to their products without prior notice.
6.2 Regional Variants
Products sold by Pixel Hub Electronics are sourced internationally and may be regional or international variants of a product. As a result, the product you receive may differ in minor ways from locally-sold versions of the same product. Differences may include packaging language, included documentation, power adaptor specifications, pre-installed software or firmware, and other region-specific configurations.
Pixel Hub Electronics does not guarantee that any product sold through our platform is the same variant as a product sold locally in Trinidad & Tobago by an authorised distributor. Customers who require a specific regional variant should contact us before placing an order to confirm availability.
6.3 Packaging and Included Accessories
Packaging, included accessories, and bundled items may vary from what is shown on the product listing, particularly where manufacturers update their retail packaging without prior notice. Only accessories and items explicitly listed in the product listing as included are guaranteed to be included with your order. Images on product listings may show accessories or packaging for illustrative purposes that are not included unless stated.
6.4 Colour and Appearance
Colours and finishes shown in product images may differ slightly from the actual product due to differences between screen calibrations, photographic lighting, and manufacturing batches. Pixel Hub Electronics is not responsible for minor colour or finish variations that fall within the range of normal manufacturing tolerances.
6.5 Manufacturer Updates
Manufacturers may update, revise, or discontinue products and their specifications at any time without notice to Pixel Hub Electronics. Where a product has been materially updated in a way that differs significantly from the listing description, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before processing your order. If we are unable to source the product as described, you will be offered the option to proceed with the updated product, accept an alternative, or cancel your order for a full refund.
If a specific product variant, configuration, or regional specification is important to you, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm availability and current product details.
7. Pricing and Product Availability
7.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on our platform are in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars (TTD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
7.2 Pricing Errors
Pixel Hub Electronics makes every effort to ensure that all product listings display accurate pricing. In the event that an obvious pricing error is identified — whether due to a technical error, typographical mistake, or system fault — we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of any amount paid. We will notify you promptly if your order is affected by a pricing error. You will not be obligated to complete a purchase at an erroneously listed price.
7.3 Product Availability
All products listed on our platform are subject to availability at the time of sourcing. Because we operate on an import-to-order basis, we make reasonable efforts to confirm that a product is sourceable before listing it. However, availability is not always guaranteed and may change due to supplier constraints, export restrictions, or other factors outside our control.
If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after payment is confirmed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or, where available, a suitable alternative. You are never obligated to accept an alternative product.
7.4 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars (TTD). If you are paying through a foreign-currency payment method, any conversion rates or foreign exchange fees are determined by your payment provider and are outside the control of Pixel Hub Electronics.
8. Order Placement and Acceptance
8.1 How Orders Work
Placing an order on our platform constitutes an offer to purchase the specified product at the listed price and under these Terms. An order is not accepted by Pixel Hub Electronics until we confirm acceptance in writing — typically by an order confirmation communication sent to you following payment. Receipt of an automated payment acknowledgement does not in itself constitute order acceptance.
8.2 Our Right to Decline or Cancel Orders
Pixel Hub Electronics reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at any time before or after confirmation for reasons including, but not limited to:
- A pricing error has been identified affecting your order
- The product is no longer available from our suppliers
- We have reason to believe the order involves fraudulent activity or misuse of our platform
- The information provided by the customer is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable
- Payment has not been successfully confirmed
- The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled due to circumstances outside our control
Where Pixel Hub Electronics cancels an order before sourcing has commenced, a full refund of any payment received will be issued. Where a cancellation is due to customer error or misuse, refunds will be assessed in accordance with our Order Cancellation Policy.
8.3 Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive a written order confirmation. Please retain this confirmation as it contains your order reference number, which you will need for any subsequent enquiries, cancellation requests, or claims.
Because each order triggers a dedicated import process, it is important to review your order details carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error in your order after placing it, contact us immediately — the sooner we hear from you, the more options are available.
9. Payment
9.1 Payment Required Upfront
All orders with Pixel Hub Electronics must be paid in full before sourcing commences. We do not offer deferred payment, credit, or instalment arrangements unless explicitly stated for a specific product or promotion.
9.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout on our platform. Accepted payment methods may include online payment via our payment gateway and bank transfer, where applicable. Specific payment instructions will be provided at the time of checkout. Payment methods may be updated or changed at any time.
9.3 Non-Refundable Payment Processing Fees
Certain payment processing fees charged by our payment provider or financial institutions may be non-refundable. Where such fees are non-refundable, have been actually incurred in connection with your transaction, and where deduction is legally permissible, these fees may be deducted from any refund issued. We will always communicate any such deductions clearly and in writing before processing your refund. This is consistent with the provisions in our Refund & Returns Policy and Order Cancellation Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Our Content
All content on the Pixel Hub Electronics website and platform, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, pricing information, images, graphics, logos, layout, and design, is the property of Pixel Hub Electronics or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of Trinidad & Tobago.
10.2 Permitted Use

10.3 Third-Party Brands and Trademarks
Product names, brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on our platform belong to their respective owners and manufacturers. Their appearance on our platform does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from those brand owners. Use of any such marks is for identification purposes only.
11. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Pixel Hub Electronics website or placing an order with us, you must not:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the ordering process
- Use our platform to conduct or facilitate any unlawful activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technology to access, extract, or monitor our platform without prior written authorisation

12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 General Position

- Any reliance placed on product descriptions, specifications, or information that has since been updated or corrected
12.3 Maximum Liability
Where Pixel Hub Electronics is found to be liable to you, our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order. This limitation applies to all claims, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable law in Trinidad & Tobago. These Terms are not intended to limit any statutory rights that cannot be waived.
13. Force Majeure
Pixel Hub Electronics will not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any delay in performance or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms, where that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters, acts of God, earthquakes, floods, or severe weather events
- Acts of government, export or import restrictions, sanctions, or regulatory changes
- Civil unrest, war, terrorism, or national emergency
- Strikes, industrial action, or labour disputes affecting our supply chain or logistics partners
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
- Failures of third-party infrastructure including shipping networks, customs authorities, or payment processing systems
- Power outages, internet or communications disruptions, or technological failures outside our control
Where a force majeure event prevents or delays the fulfilment of your order, Pixel Hub Electronics will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and keep you informed of developments. If the delay is significant and the order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time, you may be offered the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or any transaction with Pixel Hub Electronics, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.
14.2 Jurisdiction
You agree that the courts of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of our platform, or any order placed with Pixel Hub Electronics.
If you are a consumer resident in Trinidad & Tobago, this does not affect any statutory rights you may have under local consumer protection law.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement
15.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Pixel Hub Electronics Refund & Returns Policy, Order Cancellation Policy, Warranty Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pixel Hub Electronics with respect to your use of our platform and any order placed with us.
